Registration & Eligibility Guidelines

  • Please visit Event Registration in order to sign-up for this event.
  • Automatic Eligibility: Direct invitations for the 2026 Asia Tour are extended to:
    • Selected 1st and 2nd place winners from the 2025 Autumn Grand Competition.
    • Selected featured performers from the 2025 Carnegie Concert Series.
  • The Registration Process:
    • Eligible Performers: The “2026 Korea Concert Tour” button will automatically appear in your portal.
    • All Other Applicants: If you do not meet the direct eligibility criteria, you will see a button to register for the 2026 Korea Concert Tour Auditions.
  • Audition-Based Entry: Once your audition video has been submitted and reviewed, your status will update to “Passed.” At that point, the official Tour Registration button will become available.
  • Accessing the Portal: You can find all relevant buttons under the Event Registration page.
  • Account Requirements: You must be logged in to view your eligibility status and register.

If you believe you are eligible based on your 2025 results but do not see the Tour Registration button, please ensure you are logged into the correct account. You may also email support at support@iapmt.com so that we may verify your eligibility.

Tour Schedule & Information

July 27th • Arrival in Prague

Individual arrival at Prague International Airport on independently arranged flights, followed by accommodation in reserved rooms at a centrally located 4-star hotel. The agency staff will be ready to welcome participants from 2:00 PM onwards. After check-in, free time to enjoy a first introduction to the elegant and musical atmosphere of the Czech capital. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

July 28th • Prague

Breakfast at the hotel. Meeting with the local guide at 8:00 AM at the hotel, followed by transfer by private luxury coach to the city center for a guided tour exploring the historic center, Charles Bridge, the Old Town, and Prague’s main cultural and historical landmarks. Lunch at leisure. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic cruise along the Vltava River with an aperitif served on board, offering a unique and memorable perspective of Prague’s iconic skyline. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.

July 29 • Dresden and Concert at the Bechstein Centrum

Breakfast at the hotel followed by departure by private luxury coach at 8:00 AM for Dresden. Upon arrival, free time to explore the historic city center. After lunch at leisure, a concert will take place at 4:00 PM at the prestigious Bechstein Centrum Dresden, an internationally renowned venue and a distinguished reference point in the world of piano performance. Following the event, return to Prague in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

July 30 • From Prague to Rome

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out, including payment of the city tax and any personal extras (such as minibar charges). Transfer by private luxury coach at 7:00 AM to Prague Airport for the direct flight to Rome, departing at 11:20 AM and arriving at Rome Fiumicino Airport at 1:15 PM. Each passenger is entitled to one cabin trolley (maximum dimensions 55 × 40 × 23 cm) and one checked bag weighing up to 23 kg.

Upon arrival, baggage claim and transfer by private luxury coach. Meet the official guide at 4:00 PM for a guided visit to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, followed by entry to the Colosseum at 6:00 PM. At the end of the visit, transfer to the hotel and check-in in reserved rooms. Dinner and overnight stay.

July 31 • Rome and Concert at the Chiostro di Campitelli

Breakfast at the hotel. At 8:30 AM, transfer by private luxury coach to Piazza del Popolo. A classroom will be available throughout the morning for students to study. Meanwhile, families will have free time for shopping and to visit nearby attractions such as Via del Corso, the Spanish Steps, and the Trevi Fountain. Lunch at leisure.

At 4:00 PM, meeting at the obelisk in Piazza del Popolo and transfer by private luxury coach to the Chiostro di Campitelli / Theatre of Marcellus for the concert, held in an extraordinary historical and artistic setting in the heart of ancient Rome. The concert will begin at 6:30 PM, and during the
intermission participants will have the opportunity to join a guided tour of the archaeological excavations. After the performance, dinner at leisure. At approximately 11:00 PM, return to the hotel and overnight stay.

August 1 • Rome and Link University

Breakfast at the hotel. At 8:00 AM, transfer by private luxury coach to Link University for a full day dedicated to academic and musical activities. At 9:00 AM, the “Rome Eternal City” – IAPMT Grand Prix Competition will begin. Lunch at leisure. Gala Concert at 5:30 PM. After the concert, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

August 2 • Rome and Orchestra Concert at St. Paul Within the Walls

Breakfast at the hotel. At 8:00 AM, transfer for embarkation on a scenic cruise along the Tiber River, offering a unique perspective of the Eternal City. Afterwards, participants will proceed through the necessary security checks to enter Vatican City, followed by a visit to Vatican City and St. Peter’s Basilica.

Lunch at leisure. At 3:00 PM, transfer to St. Paul Within the Walls Church for orchestra rehearsals and the concert scheduled for 8:00 PM. After the performance, dinner at leisure. At approximately 11:00 PM, return to the hotel and overnight stay.

August 3 • From Rome to Naples

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out, including payment of the city tax and any personal extras (such as minibar charges). Departure by private luxury coach at 8:00 AM for Naples. Arrival in Piazza Municipio at approximately 11:00 AM, where the group will meet the local guides. Guided walking tour of Naples exploring its historic center and rich cultural heritage, including Spaccanapoli, Naples Cathedral, San Gregorio Armeno, Santa Chiara, Piazza del Gesù Nuovo, Galleria Umberto I, and Piazza del Plebiscito. At the end of the tour, transfer to the hotel and check-in in reserved rooms. Dinner and overnight stay.

August 4 • Sorrento

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by private luxury coach at 9:00 AM for Sorrento, an elegant town overlooking the Bay of Naples. A dedicated travel assistant will accompany the group throughout the excursion. Free time for independent sightseeing and relaxation; lunch at leisure. Return to the hotel in Naples at approximately 5:00 PM. Dinner and overnight stay.

August 5 • Positano and Amalfi (Mini Cruise)

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by private luxury coach at 7:00 AM for Salerno, followed by embarkation on the ferry to Positano at 9:40 AM. An experienced travel assistant will accompany the group throughout the day. Upon arrival in Positano, free time to explore the village and admire its breathtaking scenery. Departure by ferry from Positano at 1:30 PM to Amalfi. Time to visit the town that gives its name to the Amalfi Coast, including the magnificent Cathedral of St. Andrew (Amalfi Cathedral). At 5:45 PM, return by ferry to Salerno, followed by transfer by private luxury coach back to Naples. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

August 6 • Capri

Breakfast at the hotel. At 7:00 AM, transfer to the Port of Naples for embarkation on the ferry to Capri. Departure at 9:10 AM with arrival in Capri at 10:30 AM. A dedicated travel assistant will accompany the group throughout the day. Upon arrival, free time to explore the island independently. Return ferry to Naples at 5:10 PM. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

August 7 • Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out, including payment of the city tax and any personal extras (such as minibar charges). End of services and individual departures.
