International Grand Autumn Competition: October – November 2025

The Grand Autumn Competition, organized by IAPMT, is a multi-category music competition open to all nationalities, ages, and skill levels. It is divided into several sections, including the International Grand Solo Competition and the International Concerto Competition. The competition has two rounds: a preliminary video submission round and a live, in-person final round.

Awards include the Overall Grand Prize, which is a fully funded performance trip to a renowned concert hall, and cash prizes for top performers at the Virtuoso level. First-place winners in various levels are also invited to perform at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall and on international concert tours in Asia and Europe.

International Online Autumn Competition: November 2025

The Online Autumn Competition, organized by IAPMT, is a video submission-based music competition open to all nationalities, ages, and skill levels. It has a registration deadline of November 15, 2025. The competition has four difficulty levels: Novice, Standard, Expert, and Virtuoso.

Prizes include an Overall Grand Prize of a fully funded performance trip to Carnegie Hall or a renowned concert hall in Europe, as well as cash prizes for top performers at the Virtuoso level. Other awards include IAPMT Concert Performance Award Vouchers, OpusOne Scholarships, e-certificates, medals, and trophies. Winners may also be invited to perform at Carnegie Hall or on international concert tours in Asia and Europe.

Step into the global spotlight! The Musicians with Disabilities Music Festival is an empowering and fully inclusive competition built to celebrate your unique musical voice. We welcome musicians of all instruments, styles, ages, and nationalities—there are absolutely no restrictions on genre or style.

This festival is fundamentally about access and opportunity: we believe every talent deserves a platform. That’s why we’re proud to offer cash prizes and ensure that there are zero entry fees for any participant. Join our community and showcase your artistry to the world. Winter 2026

Gala Night at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall: January 2026

The Gala Night Concert at Carnegie Hall is a series presented by the International Association of Piano & Music Teachers (IAPMT) at the Weill Recital Hall. This event offers musicians the opportunity to perform at the renowned venue. To qualify for the concert, musicians must have achieved a top score in a recent Grand Concours competition or submit a video through the Carnegie Auditions. The concert series for Winter 2026 is divided by skill level into Novice and Standard, and Expert and Virtuoso.


Spring 2026

Our Spring 2026 calendar will feature three exciting events. The Grand Spring Competition is a multi-category music competition with a live final round, while the Online Spring Competition offers an online-only format. Both events are open to participants of all ages and skill levels, with awards including the Overall Grand Prize and performance opportunities. Additionally, we will host the Spring Music Festival for Musicians with Disabilities, an inclusive and free-to-enter competition designed to showcase the talents of musicians with disabilities from around the world. This festival will include both in-person and online options and will offer various prizes and performance opportunities.
