대성공: 에스테르하지 궁전 국제 전문 음악 교사 협회 콘서트
오스트리아 아이젠슈타트 – 2025년 6월 14일 – 에스테르하지 궁전의 유서 깊은 하이든 홀에서 국제 전문 음악 교사 협회(IAPMT)가 2025년 6월 14일 토요일 오후 1시에 매혹적인 콘서트를 선보이며 다시 한번 특별한 음악 행사를 주최했습니다. 맑은 하늘 아래 쾌적한 23°C의 기온과 시속 10km의 부드러운 바람이 부는 완벽한 분위기 속에서 오후 내내 절묘한 예술성을 만끽할 수 있었습니다.
총 22명의 재능 있는 참가자들이 출연한 이 콘서트는 참석한 모든 이들에게 진정으로 기억에 남을 경험을 선사했습니다. 특히 뛰어난 피아니스트 수키 라이(Suki Lai)와 저명한 소프라노 올리베라 메르쿠리오(Olivera Mercurio) 두 명의 특별 게스트 아티스트의 등장은 이날 오후의 하이라이트였습니다.
수키 라이는 요제프 하이든의 “소나타 D장조, 3악장”을 활기차고 능숙한 피아노 연주로 무대를 장식하며 그녀의 뛰어난 기교와 음악적 감수성으로 청중을 사로잡았습니다. 이어서 올리베라 메르쿠리오는 자코모 푸치니의 상징적인 오페라 마농 레스코 중 “Sola, Perduta, Abbandonata”를 황홀하게 노래하며 그녀의 강력하고 감성적인 목소리로 홀을 드라마틱한 강렬함으로 가득 채웠습니다.
다양한 프로그램은 알베르트 피에촌카, 카미유 생상스, 에드워드 맥도웰, 펠릭스 멘델스존, 프란츠 요제프 하이든, 프레데리크 쇼팽, 자코모 푸치니, 주세페 베르디, 요한 제바스티안 바흐, 요제프 하이든, 크리스티나 아라켈리안, 루트비히 판 베토벤, 무치오 클레멘티, 로베르트 슈만, 로베르트 반달, 윌리엄 길록, 볼프강 아마데우스 모차르트 등 존경받는 작곡가들의 추가 음악 작품과 함께 풍부한 고전 작곡의 태피스트리를 선보였습니다.

에스테르하지 궁전 사실: 요새에서 궁전으로
에스테르하지 궁전의 기원은 13세기 후반 고딕 양식의 성으로 거슬러 올라갑니다. 처음에는 방어 요새였으며, 구트켈레드 가문의 소유였다가 1364년 강력한 카니자이 가문으로 넘어갔습니다. 그들의 소유 아래 성은 상당한 발전을 거쳐 도시 방어 체계에 통합되어 “중세 도시 성”이 되었습니다. 헝가리 왕국의 서쪽 국경에 위치한 전략적 위치는 격동의 시대에 군사적 중요성을 강조했습니다.
성의 특징은 수세기에 걸쳐 순수한 요새에서 더 편안한 거주지로 변화하기 시작했습니다. 이러한 변화는 1622년 에스테르하지 가문이 이 재산을 인수하면서 가속화되었습니다. 오늘날 우리가 보는 바로크 양식 궁전의 웅장함은 주로 17세기 에스테르하지 가문의 광범위한 개조에서 비롯되었지만, 이는 훨씬 더 오래된 이 중세 요새의 기초 위에 세워진 것으로, 그 지속적인 역사적 중요성을 증명합니다.

Cayden Croswhite
Cayden Croswhite is a 6 th grader attending Valley Christian Schools in San Jose, California. He started learning piano when he was 5 years old and currently studies with Dr. Yu-Chi Tai. At age 7, Cayden won 1 st Prize and Outstanding Gold Medalist at U.S. Open Music Competition. Since then, he has participated and won top prizes in many competitions including MTAC Piano Concerto Competition, CAPMT Honors
Competition, CAPMT Contemporary Competition, CAPMT Concerto Competition, and USIMC. In 2024, he won First Place at the American Protégé International Music Talent Competition and gave his debut performance at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.
Cayden has been honored to participate in master classes from renowned pianists including Ian Hobson, Meng-Chieh Liu, Antonio Pompa-Baldi, Victor Rosenbaum, Jean-David Coen, Vyacheslav Gryaznov, Sandra Wright Shen, Joachim Reinhuber, Yu-Jane Yang, and Ratko Delorko. Meanwhile, he loves playing chamber music and has been selected to perform at music festivals such as C’est Bon Chamber Music Festival, Peng Piano Academy, and Oclef Contemporary Music Festival. He is a member of Valley Christian Junior Conservatory Chamber Ensemble.
In addition to piano, he has been learning violin for three years and is part of Valley Christian Middle School Orchestra. Apart from music, Cayden is a competitive swimmer, having participated in Age Group Championships and Far Western Championships multiple times. Cayden aims to achieve excellence as an athlete in the future.

Mariasofia De Tommaso was born on February 2, 2017. She is the winner of national and international competitions: International Music Competition "Ezio Bosso", "Muse in Musica".
Miri Park
Miri Park is a pianist and educator pursuing a Doctorate in Piano Pedagogy at Texas Tech University. Originally from Seoul, Korea, she began her piano studies at the age of five and gained recognition through numerous competition awards and her first solo recital at twelve.
She trained at Seoul Arts High School, Korea’s most prestigious arts institution, before earning her bachelor's degree from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, Korea, where she received a major leadership scholarship, was consistently on the Dean’s List, and graduated magna cum laude, ranking second in her department. She later completed her Master’s in Piano Pedagogy at Texas Tech University, where she also earned a Graduate Certificate in Collaborative Piano. She continues her doctoral studies under Professor Daniel del Pino and Dr. Carla Davis Cash.
Alongside her academic work, Miri is an active freelance collaborative pianist and serves as a teaching assistant at Texas Tech University, mentoring students in piano performance and pedagogy.
